Dear Participants, please find below the presentation guidelines for ICORS 2026.

⏱️ Presentation Duration

  • Invited Talks: 20 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion (Total: 25 minutes)
  • Contributed Talks: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion (Total: 20 minutes)

Presenters are kindly requested to strictly follow the allocated time to ensure the smooth running of the scientific program.

💻 Presentation Logistics

Presenters do not need to bring their own laptops. A computer connected to the internet will be available in each session room. Presenters may transfer their presentation files to the session room computer before the beginning of their session using one of the following methods:

  • USB Flash Drive: Bringing your presentation file on a USB flash drive and uploading it to the room computer.
  • Online Platforms: Downloading the presentation file to the room computer from the online platforms where it has been uploaded.
  • E-mail: Accessing your e-mail and downloading the presentation file to the room computer via the relevant e-mail service.

We recommend that presenters arrive at their session room a few minutes early to check their presentation file and ensure that it opens properly, regardless of the method chosen.
