Please read the following submission guidelines before submitting an abstract.
- Abstracts will be collected by the online abstract submission system linked above.
- All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. Only accepted abstracts will be eligible for presentation.
- ICORS features contributed and poster sessions, in addition to keynotes and invited sessions.
- Abstracts submitted for consideration at ICORS must follow the official ICORS 2026 Abstract Template.
- Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
- Submitted abstracts will be evaluated promptly upon receipt, and notification of acceptance will be sent as soon as possible, without waiting for the submission deadline.
- Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Abstracts may be submitted for oral (invited or contributed) or poster presentations.
- Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included in the program/abstract book.
- Each registered participant may present up to two abstracts.
- By submitting an abstract, you acknowledge your consent for it to be published in the conference documents.
- All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.

- Go to the Abstract Submission System linked via the button above.
- Use the “Sign Up Now” link to create a new account.
- After signing up, log in to the system and follow the instructions provided on the page. Please read these messages and instructions carefully.
