Please read the following important information before your arrival.

Conference Venue

The conference will take place at:

Yıldız Technical University, Davutpaşa Congress Center

The venue is easily accessible by public transportation.

Metro Access

The nearest metro station is Davutpaşa–Yıldız Technical University Station.

From the station, the conference venue is approximately 700 meters (about 10–11 minutes on foot).

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in the conference venue.

Participants will receive:

  • Name badge
  • Conference materials
  • Conference bag

Please wear your name badge throughout the conference.

Transportation

Istanbul has an extensive public transportation network, including the metro, trams, buses, and taxis.

We recommend purchasing an Istanbulkart, which can be used on the metro, tram, buses, ferries, and other public transportation throughout Istanbul. Istanbulkart is available at Istanbul Airport, metro stations, and many ticket vending machines.

Taxi Information

Please use only licensed taxis.

Whenever possible:

  • ask the driver to use the taximeter,
  • avoid unofficial transportation offers,
  • request a receipt if needed.

Please be cautious about taxi fares and avoid paying more than the official rate.

Currency Exchange

Currency exchange offices (exchange bureaus) and ATMs are available at Istanbul Airport and throughout the city.

Credit cards are widely accepted.
